Class is designed so that the students can have open dialog about concerns, questions or sharing tidbits of information. In the weekly class we focus on hip openers, strength building, relaxation, breath and pain management. Join Nancy Gilbert, ERYT, RPYT each week for an hour of selfless self care as you journey through your pregnancy.

Class is held on Tuesdays at 4:45 pm on the 3rd floor at Quintessential Wellness, 620 West Hwy 42, Clayton NC.
